With the Close-up project, we look deeper into five true stories that show that everything is possible if you have someone close to you. To do this, we have been close to their protagonists for 24 hours, led by the journalist, David Cantero, to get to know about their day-to-day and the impact of what they do in the area and society.

Elderly

24 hours with Mercedes Muñoz.

Retired primary school teacher who, due to the backing, personalised attention and advice from her Seniors manager, that goes further than just financial needs, will fulfil one of her dreams.

Entrepreneurship

24 hours with Dani Jiménez.

Winemaker and entrepreneur who, with MicroBank finance and advice, has been able to develop his business idea and create a project that improves the area’s economy and has had a huge local impact.

Rural presence

24 hours with Ana Díaz.

A young rural entrepreneur who, with AgroBank finance and support, has been able to set up her agricultural technical consultancy business and continue with her podcast about innovation in the countryside, where she aims to show young people that life and the future in the countryside are possible.

Vocational training

24 hours with José Manuel Álvarez.

Teacher on the Chemistry and Environmental Health Dual Training course, who shows us the importance of CaixaBank Dualiza in boosting the students’ growth and professional future by improving their employability.

Volunteering

24 hours with CaixaBank Volunteers.

Several volunteers tell us about how the work they do in various associations helps to improve society. To find out about it, we spend the day with them in the Argadini association, that works with people with intellectual disabilities using cultural integration and creativity.
